When I bought snail noodles for the first time, I saw a lot of people buying snail noodles in the list, and I was curious about the taste. How can I not get tired of eating pasta, unless I don't like the taste very much. At present, I have only tried the following three kinds of bagged snail noodles.

The following are the finished products I cooked, and they don't look very good. I don't know which snail noodles are which. The details will be told to you below.
The taste of rice noodles is similar, there is not much difference. Both come with chili oil and vinegar.
Haohuan snail (yellow bag)
Soup base: brine (soup package), but the taste is very fresh, it is not spicy before adding chili oil, the unique odor is not very heavy, and there is no screw meat.
Side dishes: sour beans, dried radish, sour bamboo shoots, yuba peanuts, fungus. The peanuts are very fragrant, and the yuba is less.
Liuzhou's best snail king
Soup base: screw soup, the taste is also very fresh, a little spicy before adding chili oil, the unique odor is not very heavy, and there is no screw meat.
Side dishes: sour beans, black fungus, sour bamboo shoots, yuba peanuts, no dried radish. The same peanuts taste very fragrant, but the yuba is less.
Liuquan Snail Noodles in New Packaging
Soup base: Nutella sauce, slightly worse than Luobawang and Haohuanluo. The taste is not as fresh. Before adding chili oil, it was quite spicy, but it was not bad.
Side dishes: sour beans, sour bamboo shoots, yuba peanuts, no fungus and dried radish. The peanuts are a bit damp, not so crispy, and there are a lot of yuba.
The soups of Haohuanluo and Luobawang are very fresh, but there are differences, I don't know how to describe them.
I personally think Liu Quan's price-performance ratio is quite high, but the price-performance ratio of Haohuanluo and Luobawang is also acceptable. After all, the taste is good, and it is normal to be expensive.

螺蛳粉
第一次买螺蛳粉的时候是因为看见晒单中有好多人买螺蛳粉，就挺好奇是什么味道，试过之后感觉味道非常的赞，之后就很经常吃。我那哥们说“你螺蛳粉吃不腻吗？”哪能啊，对于面食，我是吃不腻的，除非我不是很喜欢那个味。目前我只试过以下这三种的袋装螺蛳粉。
从top 10 中不难看出我是螺蛳粉的真爱粉，哈哈哈。
下面的都是我煮的成品，卖相不是很好，我也不清楚哪个是哪种的螺蛳粉了。详细内容会在下面跟大家说的。
米粉的口感都差不多，没有太大的区别。都配有辣油和醋。
好欢螺（黄袋）
汤底：卤水（汤料包），但是味道非常的鲜，加辣油前是不辣的，独特的臭味不是很重，没有螺丝肉。
配菜：酸豆角萝卜干，酸笋，腐竹花生，木耳。花生吃起来非常香，腐竹偏少。
柳州一绝 螺霸王
汤底：螺丝汤，味道也是非常鲜，加辣油前有一点辣，独特的臭味不是很重，没有螺丝肉。
配菜：酸豆角，黑木耳，酸笋，腐竹花生，没有萝卜干。一样的花生吃起来非常香，腐竹偏少。
柳全 螺蛳粉 加量新包装
汤底：螺丝酱，比螺霸王和好欢螺差一点，味道没有那么鲜，加辣油前就属于挺辣的状态，但是还不错，有螺丝肉，很小。
配菜：酸豆角，酸笋，腐竹花生，没有木耳和萝卜干。花生有点潮，吃起来没有那么香酥，腐竹很多。
好欢螺和螺霸王的汤都非常鲜，但是有区别，不知道该怎么形容。
我个人觉得柳全的性价比还是挺高的，但是好欢螺和螺霸王的性价也是可以的，毕竟味道好，贵也是很正常的。
