Then let's cook the noodles, the noodles are softened all of a sudden, so it is no wonder that they are not strong.



While cooking the noodles, let's fry the garlic oil. You only need a little oil to cover the bottom of a small pan the size of a palm, but if you make too much, you can use it again next time , After the oil is hot, pour in the minced garlic.



The picture below is an example of a failure. The garlic is overcooked and it tastes bitter. You only need to fry the garlic until it is lighter than this golden brown and you can remove the pot from the heat.



Finally, sprinkle the chopped green onion on the bottom of the bowl, remove the noodles, and cover the chopped green onion. 分享一次尝试复制家乡美食的失败经历

虽然我这次失败了,但是我吸取了教训,教给你们我的家乡广东梅州的美食:腌面教程,相信你们一定能成功~



首先用料很少:1⃣️手工面,最好是矩形切面的,没有的话圆形也可以,⚠️下图这个不适合拿来做腌面,因为根本不劲道

2⃣️酱油

3⃣️猪油,没猪油植物油也可。

4⃣️

5⃣️葱花



我觉得这种面确实跟包装上说的一样适合炒面……



首先来切蒜头,切掉头和冒出来的小蒜苗。成品图我忘记拍了!!!抱歉啊大家!!切成末即可,不用弄成蒜蓉,也不可只切成片。



接着来煮面,这个面一下子就煮软了,也难怪不劲道了。



煮面的同时我们来煎蒜油,只需要少许油铺满一个巴掌大的小锅锅底即可,但如果你做多了也可以下次再用,油烧热后倒入蒜末。



下图是个失败的例子,蒜煎得太过火了,吃起来发苦,你们只要把蒜煎到比这浅的金黄色即可把锅离火。



最后把葱花撒在碗底,把面捞出,盖在葱花上,【这是最正宗的做法,封面是因为好看】淋上酱油、蒜油,就可以趁热搅拌均匀吃啦!正宗的手工面如果不及时吃就会坨住的哦!
