鱼香茄子里居然没有鱼!(´-ω-`)

今天教大家做软烂入味的鱼香茄子~茄子就是要油多才好吃,不喜欢吃那么油的可以跳过这道菜。



今天用到的是亚米的香醋~



今天的菜板失踪啦!用料:茄子,鸡蛋,葱,蒜,酱油,陈醋,油,盐,糖。



先把茄子🍆切成块,什么形状好看就切什么形状,鸡蛋打散,把茄子裹上蛋液。蒜切片,葱切碎。



锅里热油,油六成热时,就可以下锅炸茄子啦,中小火炸,才不会糊掉,炸至金黄出锅,沥干多余的油。这时已经有很浓的鱼香味啦!炸过茄子的油也可以留起来炒菜用。



另起锅,小火,锅里倒少许油爆香葱蒜。



后放一勺醋,翻炒几下后放入刚才炸好的茄子,淋入两勺酱油翻炒均匀,加半杯水,放入一小勺盐,半勺白糖,推匀,转中火煮三分钟后你还可以放一些小米椒,然后开大火收汁,汁水快收干时就完成啦!
