下文按照好吃程度的顺序写测评,排在第1写的是最好吃的螺蛳粉,依此类推。所有螺蛳粉的食用方法基本大同小异,都是先把米粉在沸水里煮/4-10分钟,或在冷水里泡一段时间。只要能用筷子轻松夹断米粉,就可以了。然后把第一遍的水倒掉,在锅里加入新的500毫升水,将各种调料和米粉放入,再煮2-3分钟就可以出锅了,喜欢青菜和鸡蛋的可以适当加一些。








1. 好欢螺袋装冲泡螺蛳粉

试吃感受:好欢螺是八款螺蛳粉里,我认为最好吃的。外貌控表示它的外包装和内料包装也是最好看,最走心的!打开包装,里面包含满满8包内料,分量超足,可以说包含了正宗螺蛳粉所有的配料,有米粉、酸笋、木耳黄花菜、酸豆角、腐竹花生、卤水、酸醋、辣椒油。

米粉需要在沸水里煮10分钟,或者冷水泡3小时。米粉吃起来很筋道,个人觉得笋不是很臭,吃起来还很脆。配料里我最喜欢的就是木耳黄花菜,味道好、脆。豆角本身带酸味,够软。腐竹和花生也很惊艳,采用充气包装,腐竹脆得像薯片,花生炒得也很香,干吃腐竹和花生都非常棒。卤水包很香,有点像螺蛳汤和泡面调料包的混合味道,一碗螺蛳粉的精髓都靠这汤底的味道了!酸醋包可谓是锦上添花,在原本酱香浓郁的汤底上,增添了一丝醋香的提味,加分了不少!是一道名副其实的5星好评螺蛳粉。







2. 柳全冲泡螺蛳粉

试吃感受:柳全袋装螺蛳粉,我认为是一款性价比较高、味道最大(通风所需时间最长)的螺蛳粉。它的外包装就是一个放大版的方便面,大得可爱。拆开外包装,里面得配料包装比较普通。配料种类比起好欢螺少一些,但也达到了基本要求,包括米粉、酸笋、豆角榨菜、腐竹、花生、肉酱包、辣椒油。少了酸醋、木耳黄花菜。

柳全家的米粉口感还是蛮筋道的,吃起来和好欢螺可以说差不多。酸笋有一点老,味道也蛮大的。豆角和榨菜合成了一包,豆角有点硬,建议在锅里多煮一会儿,榨菜的口感中规中矩。腐竹和花生很香很脆,肉酱包本身带一点辣,所以建议不太会吃辣的盆友就不要再额外加辣椒油了。柳全这款性价比高的螺蛳粉,分量挺足,一包价格只需要2.99刀,除了味道有点大,通风大概需要1天时间,其余品牌的螺蛳粉通风半天即可!其他都挺满意的,可以给4星评价。






3. 龙城螺香袋装螺蛳粉

试吃感受:龙城螺香螺蛳粉,也是一款性价比较高的螺蛳粉。我会建议还没吃过螺蛳粉的盆友,可以先试试龙城螺香这款。首先看它的外包装,我就很有购买的食欲。虽然打开之后,里面配料的包装有点简单,但不影响它的好吃。内料包括米粉、酸笋、榨菜木耳、腐竹、花生、酱包、辣椒油,没有酸醋、黄花菜、豆角。

米粉需要在沸水里煮8分钟,然后在清水里泡3分钟。煮出来的粉口感Q弹,筋道程度仅次于上述的好欢螺和柳全。可能因为酸笋本身带了酸味,所以配料里就没有额外带酸醋包。笋并不臭,脆脆的很好吃。榨菜木耳我也很喜欢,切得挺大的,吃起来方便,口感也很脆。腐竹是抽真空包装,干吃不脆,只能泡着吃,我觉得把腐竹泡在螺蛳粉的汤汁里真的好好吃,软软的腐竹完全吸收了浓香的酱汁,口感超棒。花生很大颗,口感香脆。酱包不同于卤水,下锅之后要搅拌均匀才会融化开,本身带着微辣,不喜欢辣的盆友不需要额外加辣椒油了。总体来说,龙城螺香是一款让我爱上的小众品牌,4星评价,值得推荐。











4 & 5. 螺霸王盒装冲泡螺蛳粉 & 袋装冲泡粉

试吃感受:这次试吃的螺霸王的螺蛳粉有两种,一款盒袋螺蛳粉,另一款是袋装黄色包装。两款的内料一模一样,所以我就放在一起讲试吃感受。配料都包括了米粉、酸笋、木耳豆角、腐竹、花生、酸醋、卤水、辣椒油,种类丰富。盒装为了方便食用,多了一把小叉子。图片里我自己加了青菜和火锅小香肠,搭配起来也很好吃。


米粉需要在水里煮5-8分钟,至筷子也可以夹断即可。米粉的筋道程度还可以,粉还算Q。木耳和豆角混合成了一包,口感很脆,不酸。酸笋有点臭,在还没煮的情况下,我试吃了口感,太软了以至于不脆。腐竹本身也不脆,所以需要泡着吃,花生不够香,吃起来还略带苦味。卤水很香,有微微辣。酸醋包依旧是我喜欢的,加分项,让整碗螺蛳粉提升了一个食欲level。从整体口味上来说,我还是蛮喜欢的,可以给到4星评价。

篇幅有限,最后三款简单介绍啦。怀螺香米粉细,筋道度为0,只能给3星评价。最后两款螺蛳粉的配料太少,算是简易版的螺蛳粉,味道也一般,2.5星评价。
