This dish basically doesn't use much processed ingredients, the shrimps are cooked in water and cut into pieces, frozen shrimps are also ok, and the avocados are cut into small pieces. 今天给大家介绍个三道菜的菜谱,咦?为什么标题有薯片? 对啦今天就要把我平时最爱吃的几款薯片/膨化变成三道简单美味的料理!

当时看到这个活动可以有零食的新奇吃法/搭配什么的,我就按耐不住自己这个做暗黑料理的爪子 哈哈哈



1) 鲜虾牛油果沙拉盏
这道前菜要用的薯片是桶装乐事(我没收广告费,你要用品客我当然也没意见,只要是桶装的这种就可以😏😏😏)
沙拉要体现食材的风味搭配的薯片最好口味比较淡,虽然我最爱的是盐醋味,但还是最好用原味。
这款太火亚米常年断货,可以去美国超市将就一下😂

这道菜基本不怎么用处理食材,虾去虾线用水煮熟切块,冷冻的虾也ok,牛油果切小块。两个薯片叠在一起当底座。一定要用两片噢,因为一片的话容易被上面虾和牛油果的水分浸湿口感就不脆了。
把虾和牛油果摆在薯片上面,挤上蛋黄酱就ok啦!
这道菜挺适合跟朋友聚会当小吃的,口味清淡颜值高。

2) 薯片饭
你们一定听说过番茄焖饭,玉米焖饭,但其实薯片也可以用来煮饭哦!哈哈哈我知道大家可能不敢相信,如果用的原味薯片,其实味道就是土豆焖饭的味道。米饭因为加了薯片口感更加油润,薯片也融在米饭中,吃起来其实没有很突兀但很有存在感。

3) 最后是道硬菜,炸鸡翅。这个要用的是这种芝士味的米果,美味棒或者美味圈都可以,或者就奇多的芝士泡芙条也可以哒。碾成粉末之后裹着鸡腿炸。

鸡腿其实我之前用盐焗粉腌过,炸之前要走一遍裹粉的流程,先拍一层面粉,再裹蛋液,最后裹这个芝士粉,我都是手动拍了很多粉上去。用空气炸锅炸的,鸡腿330度,二十五分钟外酥里嫩。
