Foodie teaches you healthy noodles on Valentine's Day, and let him/her praise you!

1️⃣: Boil a pot of water, add two balls of noodles after the water boils . The bamboo charcoal knife-cut noodles are used here. If you like to use thin noodles, you can replace them with ordinary thin noodles. Cook for about 3-5minutes, eat food👩🏼‍🍳 span>Boiled for 5minutes, the noodles are relatively soft.





2️⃣:When the noodles are cooked, you can cut other ingredients. 🌶Green peppers are de-seeded and cut into strips. Students who like spicy can add a little pepper or millet. Cut garlic into slices. Have two tablespoons of butter ready. 🥄(This is the vegetable version, students who like meat should add some ground meat)





3️⃣: After cutting the ingredients, it can be served out of the pot. After cooling down, it will be more chewy. Add a little oil and mix well. , so that the surface does not clump. 🍜 ( ‼️The hot water for cooking noodles will be useful for a while‼️)< /span>





4️⃣: Put butter in a pan and let it melt.





5️⃣: Add green peppers and garlic slices in turn, fry over high heat6minutes, add a little salt and black pepper, stir well and set aside. Garlic slices can also be added in the last 2minutes to preserve nutrients and flavor. (‼️If there is ground meat, put the meat first‼️Extend the time to 10-12minutes, and the meat should be completely white and cooked. Out of the pot‼️





6️⃣: Boil the greens with the remaining water from the noodles3 minutes, then fish out.

吃貨教你情人節健康拌麵,讓他/她誇誇你!

情人節快到了,空氣中都瀰漫著愛意。吃貨👩🏼‍🍳今天教大家做一個簡單的低熱量爽口拌麵。任何同學都可以輕鬆駕馭健康食譜。💗👫👭👬試著做給另一半吃,說不定會加分哦!👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩👨‍❤️‍👨💏



🧚🏼‍♀️準備好材料,我這裡用的是兩人份,單身的同學們可以選擇相對減半🧚🏽‍♂️你也可以學吃貨👩🏼‍🍳一樣,自己吃完兩份。🤣





1️⃣: 燒一鍋水,水開後放入兩團麵。這裡用的是竹炭刀削麵,喜歡用細麵可以換作普通細麵。煮大概3-5分鐘,吃貨👩🏼‍🍳煮了5分鐘,麵相對比較軟。





2️⃣:等麵煮好的同時可以切好其他材料。🌶青椒去籽切成條狀,喜歡辣的同學可以加少許尖椒或者小米辣。蒜頭切成片。準備好兩勺黃油。🥄(這個是蔬菜版本的,喜歡肉的同學適當加些絞肉)





3️⃣:切完材料後麵就可以出鍋啦,過一下冷水更有嚼勁,再加一點油拌均勻,這樣麵不會結塊。🍜 ‼️煮麵的熱水留下一會有用‼️





4️⃣:平底鍋內放入黃油,讓其融化。





5️⃣:依次加入青椒和蒜片,大火炒6分鐘,放一點鹽和黑胡椒粉炒勻後承出待用。蒜片也可以最後2分鐘加入,可以保留營養也調味。(‼️有絞肉的話最先放肉‼️時間延長到10-12分鐘,肉要全部變白煮熟才可出鍋‼️





6️⃣:用煮麵剩下的水煮滾把青菜燙3分鐘,然後撈出。

7️⃣:把麵和其他煮熟的材料放入碗中,加入兩包周君記乾拌麵佐料,兩勺麻油,拌好!開吃🤤🤤🤤 (可以加入煮好的豆芽,口感更爽脆!)
