🌸豆豉鸡🌸

今天尝试的酱料是李锦记的香辣豆豉鸡肉酱料,但其实这个酱并不辣,期待辣味的话,要额外加辣椒酱~


酱料后面只提到了鸡肉,没有蔬菜,我比较喜欢西兰花,放其他蔬菜都ok


首先把西兰花焯水~大概5分钟就好了



加入切碎的蒜和姜,爆香后加入提前腌好的鸡肉。我这次用的是大腿上剔下的肉,再去皮和骨头,如果嫌麻烦,可以直接用鸡胸肉
