Tucson Chinese Food Counting - The Red and Black List of Chinese Flavor in the Village (Part 1)

I have written several articles about restaurants in LA before. Actually, I don't live in LA. I live in the small village of Tucson in Arizona. In fact, although the village is small, there are not many Chinese restaurants. There is no authentic food in a big city like Pheasant Village, but it can be considered to satisfy the cravings of Chinese students.

Because I like to take pictures of food, I will not be able to post all the pictures in one article, so I will tentatively set it as a series. Haha, I will write two of them today.

At present, it is one of the most popular Chinese restaurants here. Sometimes there is a wait for a table and many foreigners also like to eat here. It is also the most frequent restaurant among my friends. I had a psychological shadow after eating their new grilled fish (essentially fried fish) a long time ago and haven't been there for a long time. But then a friend invited me to try again and think some dishes are still very good.

Fried Silver Wire Roll ★★★★

One point will be deducted from the technical points. Although there is no technical content, it must be praised that it is quite delicious (after all, condensed milk is justice)

The lamb itself is tender and tastes authentic, but is the cumin lamb with onions? One point is deducted for too many onions, and one point is deducted for mutton if it is too fat.

Personally, I like to eat fish, so I prefer this kind of dish. Although this dish can't be regarded as Chinese food no matter how you look at it, hahaha, but I think food has no borders (not picky eaters), so it's fine to taste good. It is more suitable for people with mild taste. Although the vegetables above do not match, they are all my favorites.

Classic dishes don’t need much explanation, but I personally don’t order shredded potatoes outside. After all, vegetarian dishes are too profitable. This one can buy two baskets of potatoes (what reason)

The very light dish feels more like a soup, the fish is very tender, and the soup is actually milky white and it is also very good to drink directly. Personally, I feel that the taste of sauerkraut is not as strong as the taste of several sauerkraut fish bases from Yami.
Green pepper tofu skin ★★★★★
I like soy products, and I give this dish five stars because of the large amount and affordable price. It seems that I have never bought this kind of tofu skin here, so I have not made it at home. If you can buy this dish in the supermarket, it is actually very simple to make.
Fish-flavored shredded pork ★
If I could give it zero points, it would be zero points. It doesn't taste like fish-flavored shredded pork at all. The taste is indescribable. It's not bad but disappointing.

I don’t like spicy food. I silently take one point away for this kind of heavy oil and spicy food, but in fact, for people who love spicy food (objectively), their boiled series tastes really good, and there is another plus. The point is that their home boiled and dry pot seem to be able to do both.

I just mentioned the fish-flavored shredded pork with the lowest score above, but this store has the highest score in my heart for the fish-flavored pork shredded by the Chinese restaurant in the village.

When their family first opened, they only had a few types of noodles. At that time, they thought they were very ordinary, and the noodles were too oily, so I went there once or twice. Later, they changed the chef and started to cook the staple food, and I gradually felt that this The home is still very nice.

exo me? Where is the sweet and sour pork ribs, this is probably the American sweet and sour taste, I eat it as sweet and sour pork, the taste is fine, but the method is too American. For sweet and sour pork ribs, I still recommend the emperor noodle in LA Village, I can eat a whole serving by myself.

Their side dishes can also be combined, but to be honest, the seasonings are almost the same. Haha, I personally like pork ears and pork knuckles with red oil.

图森中餐细细数——村里的中式风味红黑榜（第一话）

之前写了好几篇LA的餐厅，其实我本身不住在LA呢，我住在Arizona的Tucson小村里，其实村子虽小，中餐厅还不算少。没有山鸡村这种大城市的食物正宗但也算能够让中国留学生解馋了。

因为本身喜欢拍食物，所以一篇文章肯定发不完所有的图，所以先暂定为一个系列吧哈哈,今天先写其中两家。

估计看的小伙伴很多都不在这个城市，我们这里还是很有特色的。

注：以下所有中餐厅均没有收代言费哈哈哈

再注：因为大多数时间我都在家吃饭，所以有的餐厅照片和经历可能年代久远，如果不能作为参考大家可以纯当欣赏食物

目前来说是我们这里人气最高的中餐厅之一，有时候需要等位且很多外国人也爱去吃这家，也是我周围朋友最经常去的一家餐厅。我是很早之前吃了一次他们家新出的烤鱼（实质为炸鱼）之后产生了心理阴影很久没有再去过。不过后来朋友请我去又试了试觉得有些菜品还是很不错的。

炸银丝卷 ★★★★

技术分扣一分，虽然毫无技术含量但也要夸一句相当好吃（毕竟炼乳即是正义）

羊肉本身很嫩而且味道也算正宗，但孜然羊肉加洋葱的么？洋葱太多扣一分，羊肉个人觉得偏肥扣一分
芙蓉鱼片 ★★★★
个人很爱吃鱼肉所以比较偏信这种菜。虽然这道菜怎么看也不能算中餐吧哈哈哈但是我觉得美食无国界（不挑食）所以味道好就行啦。比较适合口味偏淡的人，上面的蔬菜虽然不搭但都是我喜欢的
卖相比较差扣一分
酸辣土豆丝★★★★
经典菜不需要多解释，但是我个人是不太在外面点土豆丝，毕竟素菜利润太高了，这一份能买两筐土豆（什么理由）
这刀工需要回炉重造扣一分，性价比低扣一分，但这道菜真的很香挺下饭的，再给加回来一分吧哈哈哈
酸菜鱼 ★★★★
很清淡的菜感觉偏向一道汤品，鱼肉很嫩，汤竟是奶白的直接喝也很不错。个人觉得酸菜味不如亚米的几款酸菜鱼底料的味道浓扣一分。
青椒豆腐皮 ★★★★★
喜欢豆制品，这道菜量大实惠偏心给五颗星，因为这里好像没有买到过这种豆腐皮所以没有在家做过，要是超市能买到这道菜其实做法也很简单。
鱼香肉丝 ★
如果可以给零分那它就是零分了，味道完全不像鱼香肉丝，难以形容的味道，不难吃但是令人失望，唯一加分点是肉给的还算多
火爆肚丝 ★★★
因为这道菜我连续两天被拉去吃饭，只因为我发了朋友圈另一个好基友特别馋拉着我又来吃了一趟。嗯...我是很喜欢吃猪肚牛肚这些的，但是觉得这种过油还口味偏重的菜盖过了它本身的味道，所以虽然卖相和味道都不错，但不太能给高的评价。
干锅包菜★★
里面出现了莫名其妙的彩椒
干锅牛腩 ★★★★★
满分，他们家牛腩真的很好吃，口感软烂入味而且肥瘦合适。还推荐他们家的牛腩面，牛腩给的毫不吝啬！
别看里面的薯条确实是怪，但是吸饱了牛腩汁真的很好吃，信我哈哈
水煮牛蛙+豆腐 ★★★★
不太能吃辣的我对这种重油重辣的食物默默拿掉一分，但其实对爱吃辣的人来说（客观来说）他们家水煮系列味道确实还不错，还有一个加分点是他们家水煮和干锅好像都可以双拼。

第二个写他们是因为要衔接上一篇的鱼香肉丝

上面刚讲到最低分的鱼香肉丝，这家店的却是村里中餐厅做的鱼香肉丝我心中的最高分。

他们家本身刚开业的时候只有几款面，当时觉得很普通，面也偏油就去了一两次没去了，后来换了厨师也开始做炒菜主食，就也慢慢觉得这家还是很不错的。

葱油饼★★★★

挺香的咬下去油滋滋，别的评价...嗯就是葱油饼啦！

东北大拉皮★★★
我超爱吃这种拉皮凉皮米皮的！这家的调味算是普通，但是拉皮口感不错。但是你们看到黄瓜丝旁边的芥末了么？我第一次点的时候还没注意全都拌进去了，给我呛的，总有刁民想害朕
鱼香肉丝★★★★★
满分满分，我个人觉得从色香味上都还挺像正宗，重点就是这道菜真的超级下饭！
糖醋排骨★★
exo me? 这哪里是糖醋排骨，这大概就是美国人的sweet and sour口味吧，我当咕咾肉吃的，口味没问题就是做法太美式了。糖醋排骨我还是推荐LA村里的emperor noodle的，我一个人能吃掉一整份。
牛肉卷饼★★★★★
满分，这个菜真的爱，外面是酥香的烙饼，里面是卤牛肉和一些配菜，一口下去肉汁满满。这个分量真的是打包都要吃两顿的。
红油猪耳★★★★
他们家的小菜也可以拼的，但说实话调味都差不多呢哈哈哈，我个人是喜欢红油猪耳和猪肘。

暂时先写到这里，因为图片也有限制不能一次汌太多，重点是我之前文字编辑了很多忽然没有有点心态爆炸（这大概才是重点）
