欢天喜地的年快过完啦,不知大家有没有像我一样胖了不止123🙃但外面天寒地冻,实在没有勇气粗门运动的我,只能通过另一个途径啦,就是少吃吃健康。

这本书会每天推出一份食谱(所以真的有365种哟)大部分更倾向于早餐类型。其实安妮觉得想要减肥,肯定得把一天中吃的油分蛋白质淀粉类的放在早一点的时间吃,这样更有利于消化和消耗。所以即使是像炒饭炒面这类的我大部分都会放在上午当早午餐或是中餐。


像是这一页的香肠炒面配煎蛋再加上草莓和酸奶就是一份很好的早午餐,吃完活力满满,可以一直坚持到下午四点五点都不觉得饿。




这一页的法式吐司更加美式早餐一些。适合哪天突然非常渴望甜食的时候来一份大快朵颐!




这一页的姜炒猪肉是我非常爱的一道日式料理。而且做法也相对详尽,有兴趣的可以试试哦!



总体来说,我很喜欢这本书。与其说是一本菜谱,它更是给你一些今天吃点啥idea,让你有不同别的选择。虽说是轻食,但其实很多介绍的菜谱也会有炸或是炒的料理,并不是天天水煮青菜那么惨淡😂……缺点就是很多菜谱真是的两句话概括,对于厨房新手可能在操作上有点困难。但是不用怕!有365种选择呢,总有一些简单容易上手的适合你哟!

其实一半时间我都拿它当好看的日历用😝而且上面还标注了农历,很方便。每天摆在书桌上看着各种餐食的图片,心情非常愉悦(吃货本性哈哈哈)
