I believe everyone is familiar with the taste. I used to love seafood when I was in school. Whenever it was quiet at night, I wanted to have a bowl for supper. The strong noodles, the rich seafood flavor, and the bits and pieces of broken eggs and fish eggs inside form a wonderful combination, soothing the empty taste buds in the middle of the night.


Today I introduce a deluxe upgraded version with flavor——strong flavor shark fin version . I thought it was just with some shark fin seasoning added, but I didn't expect that there were actually shark fins in it, and I was really surprised! (Although I don't know if it's true or false🙃)





Different from the common flavors, the deluxe version also comes with a pack of sesame oil, which is added to the noodles after soaking. The highest grade is marked on the packaging, it seems to be the top version.😂




The dough inside is actually the same as the regular version, but it feels thinner and contains more seasoning powder.



According to the instructions, brew in boiling water for four minutes and add sesame oil to eat.


🌟🌟After eating🌟🌟

The first impression after stirring is that the soup is very rich! It was thick enough to eat half of it and I even added some water! The biggest feature is also in this soup. The tangy rich seafood flavor is mixed with the aroma of Japanese soy sauce ramen. It feels like drinking Buddha Jumping Over the Wall with a dozen or 20 kinds of ingredients. It has seafood flavor, tonkotsu soup flavor, and umami flavor like kelp cuttlefish flower. The most disappointing thing is that the noodle itself is too soft. Halfway through eating, it feels like it is about to melt, and it is not chewy, but it is full of soup, which is very tasty! In addition to shark fin, the side dishes in it also include dehydrated green vegetables, broken eggs and wolfberry. The overall feeling is a bowl of lo mein that can be enjoyed as a soup.

合味道相信大家都不陌生,以前上学时最爱海鲜口味的,每当夜深人静,就想来一碗当宵夜。劲道的面条,浓香的海鲜味,和里面星星点点的鸡蛋碎和鱼蛋花,组成绝妙的搭配,安抚着深夜空虚的味蕾。


今天介绍一款豪华升级版合味道——浓厚味鱼翅版。本来以为它只是加了些鱼翅调料而已,没想到里面还真有鱼翅,着实被惊艳到了!(虽然不知道是真的假的🙃





不同于普通的合味道,豪华版还附带了一包香油,泡好以后加在面里。包装上大大标注最高级,看来是真的顶配版了吧😂




里面的面饼其实和普通版是一样的,感觉还更细一些,调料粉倒是比较多。



按照说明书,开水冲泡四分钟加上香油就可以吃了。


🌟🌟吃后感🌟🌟

搅拌完的第一感觉就是汤汁十分浓郁!浓稠到吃了一半我还又去加了些水!最大特点也就在这个汤头里了。扑鼻而来的浓郁的海鲜味夹杂着日式酱油拉面的香味。喝起来感觉像在喝加了十几二十种食材的佛跳墙,有海鲜味,有豚骨汤味,也有昆布墨鱼花之类的鲜味。最失望的就是面饼本身太过细软,吃到一半感觉已经快要化掉了,毫无嚼劲,不过倒是吸满了汤汁,十分入味!里面的配菜除了鱼翅,还有脱水青菜,鸡蛋碎和枸杞。总体感觉是一碗可以当汤品来享用的捞面。
