『炸鸡厨房』王家渡豉香拌料之超简单口水鸡

炸鸡带着超级简单原则上只需要两种原料的料理来啦。



主要材料就是鸡腿肉(带皮比较好吃但是美国超市都是去皮鸡腿肉),王家渡豉香拌料。

配料就是葱姜适量,料酒,酱油,糖,盐少许(后面用来给酱汁调味的,其实酱汁不调味味道也不错,但我建议加一点糖立刻好吃很多)


首先鸡腿把上面多余的油脂切掉,懒得话也可以略过,不需要切块,煮好再切

水里放几片姜,葱段和料酒,水开之后鸡腿肉扔进去煮熟(鸡腿肉不容易煮老所以不太需要操心,拿筷子戳戳确定熟了就可以取出)

王家渡豉香拌料加酱油,鸡粉,胡椒粉,糖,盐,加点水调一下(我开始忘记加水了所以下面看起来酱料没调开,记得加一点凉白开把料调开一下)。可以尝一下再调味,其实它本身味道就不错所以嫌麻烦也可以直接加点水
