One person, one person eat 🥕🥒🌽🥚 Korean bibimbap

1️⃣ Prepare your favorite ingredients, I prepared shredded carrots, shredded potatoes, cabbage, spinach, corn kernels, onions, meat, and the leftover onion fried meat from yesterday (I prefer it eat vegetables, all vegetables > > meat)

2️⃣ Stir fry each dish. For more difficult-to-cook dishes, you can put a little water to simmer. Shred the meat, marinate with cooking wine and green onions.

3️⃣Put all the fried ingredients on top of the rice, and put a poached egg. 🔺Tips for frying poached eggs: put oil in a cold pan, put eggs, fry for a while, then cover with lid. Perfect Soft Boiled Egg

4️⃣ Add in Bibimbap Sauce, or any other sauce you like.

I recently fell in love with Liupo Chili Noodles, adding a little bit will not be very spicy, super fragrant.

一人时,一人食 🥕🥒🌽🥚韩式拌饭

1️⃣ 准备自己喜欢的食材,我准备了胡萝卜丝,土豆丝,高丽菜,菠菜,玉米粒,洋葱,肉,还有昨天剩的洋葱炒肉(本人比较喜欢吃蔬菜,所有蔬菜>>肉)

2️⃣每个菜炒一下。比较难熟的菜,可以放一点点水焖一下。肉切丝,放料酒和葱腌一下。

3️⃣把炒好的食材都放到放到饭上,再放上一颗荷包蛋。🔺煎荷包蛋的小tips:冷锅放油放蛋,煎一下下后,盖上盖子。完美半熟蛋

4️⃣ 加入韩国拌饭酱,或者其他自己喜欢的酱。

最近有一点爱上六婆辣椒面,加一点不会很辣,超级的香。
