🌶️红油凉皮试吃

其实在国内很喜欢吃凉皮,所以才想试试这款,很多地方都有卖主要。






打开有一包面皮三个调料包

辣椒油

调味粉





把塑料膜撕开,加入热水泡,袋子上写的5分钟





袋子上说明还说拿个东西cover一下,把料包也放在表面温一温一会儿拌起来比较好




我大概泡了五分钟就是这样啦,把水倒掉。







最后把所有的调料加进去就好啦。粉包里有一些干葱花,其实可以稍微留一些热水泡开的。






我喜欢吃劲道一些的,但是可能泡的时间久了面皮都变软了,而且辣椒油没有很香很吸引人,所以整体一般般吧。也就是图个方便!我最后还煮了生菜放进去啦!
