Yesterday my buddy came to the house and told me to make a late-night snack without having dinner. Now, as long as there are guests in the big cousin's house, they basically specify that they want to eat snail noodles. So I made the original flavor and the tomato flavor for them. You can see the comparison. The original flavor on the left is light, and the tomato flavor on the right is red. In terms of taste, because of the tomato flavor, there is an extra package of tomato sauce, and the fried noodles tasted dry and strong, a bit like the meat sauce spaghetti wrapped in tomato sauce. After eating, my friends feel that the two flavors have their own merits, but the tomato flavor is more sweet and sour, so there is more layering. But the original snail noodles are added with chili oil, and it tastes spicy and refreshing.

昨天我哥们过来家里,说没吃晚饭让我给做点宵夜。现在大表妹家只要来客人,基本都指定要吃螺蛳粉了。所以给他们做了原味跟番茄味,大家可以看看对比,左边原味色淡,右边番茄味色红。口感上因为番茄味的有多了一包番茄酱料包,炒粉吃起来比较干,而且浓郁,有点肉酱意粉被茄汁裹着的那种口感。朋友们吃了之后觉得两种口味各有千秋,但是番茄味多了甜酸所以层次感更多。但是原味螺蛳粉加了辣油,吃起来也是辣得舒爽。
