昨天我哥们过来家里，说没吃晚饭让我给做点宵夜。现在大表妹家只要来客人，基本都指定要吃螺蛳粉了。所以给他们做了原味跟番茄味，大家可以看看对比，左边原味色淡，右边番茄味色红。口感上因为番茄味的有多了一包番茄酱料包，炒粉吃起来比较干，而且浓郁，有点肉酱意粉被茄汁裹着的那种口感。朋友们吃了之后觉得两种口味各有千秋，但是番茄味多了甜酸所以层次感更多。但是原味螺蛳粉加了辣油，吃起来也是辣得舒爽。
