丸子汤|一汤两吃(种草袁鲜麻辣红油)

昨天在达人群里,@吃货的日常 大哥鼓励我每天发一篇走心的文章,这个任务虽然有些难,但是不试试怎么知道不行呢🌝

我会尽量每天发一篇美食分享🙋🏻‍♀️


内容包括但不限于:


1、当日的晚餐,并附有简要的制作步骤


2、速食食品测评,格式同之前发过的番茄螺蛳粉


3、零食、饮料的种草和灭草


那么我们赶紧开始今天的分享吧👩🏻‍🍳


今天的晚餐是一汤两吃的丸子汤~


一吃:清淡养生版的牛肉豆腐粉丝丸子汤


二吃:红油麻辣烫版的肉丸粉丝豆腐




丸子汤的制作



👩🏻‍🍳Step 1: 准备肉馅


葱姜蒜切末,放入牛肉馅中,并加入适量花椒粉、料酒、生抽、盐和一个蛋清。


将肉馅顺着一个方向搅拌均匀,直到肉馅能够黏在一起。


👩🏻‍🍳Step 2: 煮丸子


烧一锅开水,加入姜片去腥,水完全沸腾之后开始下丸子。


将丸子用手搓成团,一个一个依次下入沸水中。

丸子煮开后会有血沫,这个时候用勺子撇去血沫和多余的油。



👩🏻‍🍳 Step 3: 加入配菜


在清澈的丸子汤里依次加入你爱吃的蔬菜。


先放菌类,因为这样更容易让汤煮出香味。


然后可以加入豆腐等各类豆制品。


之后下粉条,我会把粉条直接来当主食,强推下图中的这个红薯粉条,非常劲道,同时又能很好的吸收汤汁的味道~


青菜类的要在出锅前,即最后一步再加哦~

接下来在汤中加入适量盐和少量白胡椒粉调味~


并在碗底倒入麻油,撒上香菜碎~
