Steps:

终于做了猪肝😋




步骤:

1.猪肝洗净(直至没有血水)

3.放入水中再让血水过一遍

4.将洗净的猪肝中放入 1.5蚝油1鸡蛋适量水淀粉腌制

4.大火爆炒猪肝

5.将猪肝盛出备用,洗净锅

6.炒姜蒜青椒/红椒干辣椒

7.加入猪肝

8.加入酱汁(1料酒1生抽1/2酱油适量白糖)

9.收一点汁,出锅


酱汁的多少取决于猪肝的分量
