Oyakodon 🍚 Parent-child bowl

Finally made a parent-child bowl, simple and delicious😋



Steps:

1.Cut the onion into thin slices and break up

2.Deboned, skinned and cut into small pieces

3.Preparation2-3eggs🥚

4.In the pan🍳Put some water in it, put in the katsuobushi flower, and boil it into katsuobushi stock (you can use katsuobushi powder)

5.Take out the wood fish, add onions, add2- 3A small spoon of soy sauce, two spoons of mirin (you can use white sugar if you don’t have one)

5.When the onion softens, add chicken thighs, chopped green onion, cover and simmer for a while

おやこどん🍚 亲子丼

终于做了亲子丼,简单又好吃😋



步骤:

1.将洋葱切成细片,弄散

5.当洋葱变软之后加入鸡腿肉块,葱花,盖上盖子焖一下

6.(煮3-5分钟)将鸡腿肉块翻面

7.当肉几乎熟了的时候,倒入蛋液,让蛋液均匀的覆盖在鸡肉上

8.盖上锅盖焖,收点汁
