Spring is shining, outdoor DIY barbecue is going 🔥

Hello everyone, it's another beautiful spring day☀️

It's a pity not to have a barbecue with my friends in such a nice weather🌝


Today I will share with you my BBQ recipe for tonight:


The main course is three different flavors of grilled chicken wings!


A side dish with grilled mushrooms and onions!


Andtreat are my favorite chicken hearts and gizzards!


Barbecuing is actually a very simple thing. You only need to prepare the ingredients and then grill them on the fire. There is basically no technical content.

Then the most important thing in the barbecue, in addition to the fresh ingredients themselves, is the seasoning sauce.


The marinade I recommend to you today, in addition to grilled chicken wings, can also be widely used on all kinds of ingredients suitable for barbecue. It can be said to be a universal marinade!


Are you ready? Then let's talk!


Step 1:Processing the ingredients

Rinse chicken wings, hearts, and gizzards bought from the supermarket with clean water, then dry them with kitchen paper.


Scrib a knife on the chicken wings to facilitate subsequent marinade.


If you have time, soak chicken hearts and gizzards in water for a while.


Wash the whole mushroom, slice the onion and set aside.


Step 2:Preparing the marinade


Here I have prepared three different marinades, namely; Spicy, Cumin and Honey Teriyaki.


🌶️Spicy


Condiments required: chili powder, pepper powder, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce


🔥Cumin flavor


Condiments needed: a lot of cumin powder, a small amount of chili powder, five-spice powder, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce


🍯Honey Teriyaki Flavor


Condiments required: teriyaki sauce, a small amount of honey, cooking wine


Step 3:Pickling


Divide the chicken wings into three portions and marinate them with the above seasonings. While mixing the seasonings, massage the chicken wings with your hands. This step is very important! Massage can make chicken wings delicious!


The marinating process takes at least half an hour. If you have time, put it in the refrigerator for more than an hour for more flavor!


Step 4: Let's bake


Place the marinated chicken wings on the hottest part of the grill, arrange them neatly one by one, and brush with a thin layer of oil.


Onion slices and mushrooms can be placed on the upper shelf of the grill. Make sure that the mushrooms are facing up so that the juice inside will not leak out.


Chicken hearts and gizzards should be roasted on tin foil and brushed with oil.


Step 5:Barbecuing


The chicken wings need to be constantly turned over during the grilling process, and you can switch to the other side every time the surface turns brown.


Onions can be turned over every once in a while, but mushrooms must not be turned over, because all we want to eat is the juice inside.


Place chicken hearts and gizzards on tin foil, and turn over every once in a while.


Step 6: It's out of the pot


I always eat chicken wings while grilling. The three flavors are so good that I don’t care about taking pictures at all🤦🏻‍♀️< /span>


Mushroom is one of the very essence of barbecue, without any seasoning, it is completely the original taste of food. And the roasted juice is very delicious, and it is also an important ingredient in Michelin restaurants. Be careful not to scald your mouth when you eat it~


The main effect of onion is to relieve tiredness. It is inevitable to feel tired after eating this big mouthful of meat. At this time, it is really refreshing to eat onion rings that have become soft after being roasted. .

春光明媚,户外DIY烧烤走起🔥

大家好,又是个春光明媚的一天☀️

这么好的天气,不和小伙伴们一起烧烤就太可惜了🌝


今天来给大家分享一下我今晚的烧烤食谱:


主菜是三种不同口味的烤鸡翅!


配菜有烤蘑菇和洋葱!


还有treat是我最爱的鸡心和鸡胗!


烧烤其实是一个特别简单的事情,只需要把食材准备好,然后上火烤即可,基本没有什么技术含量。

那么在烧烤里面起到至关重要作用的,除了新鲜的食材本身,那就是调味的酱料了。


今天给大家推荐的腌料,除了烤鸡翅,还可以普遍应用在各种适合烧烤的食材上面,可谓是万能腌料啦!


小本本准备好了吗?那我们开讲啦!


Step 1:处理食材

超市买回来的鸡翅、鸡心、鸡胗用清水冲洗干净,然后用厨房用纸擦干。


在鸡翅上划刀,便于后续的腌料入味。


如果有时间的话,用清水浸泡一段时间的鸡心和鸡胗。


蘑菇整只洗净,洋葱切片、备用。


Step 2:准备腌料


这里我准备了三种不同的腌料,分别是;麻辣味、孜然味和蜜汁照烧味。


🌶️麻辣风味


所需调料:辣椒粉、花椒粉、料酒、盐、生抽


🔥孜然风味


所需调料:大量孜然粉、少量辣椒粉、五香粉、料酒、盐、生抽


🍯蜜汁照烧风味


所需调料:日式照烧酱、少量蜂蜜、料酒


Step 3:腌制


把鸡翅分成三份,分别用上述调料腌制。边拌均调料,边用手按摩鸡翅。这一步非常重要!按摩能够使鸡翅入味!


腌制的过程需要至少半个小时以上。有时间的话,放入冰箱冷藏一个小时以上能够更加入味!


Step 4: 开始烤啦


将腌好的鸡翅放到烤架火最旺的地方,一个个整齐地码好,刷一层薄薄的油。


洋葱片和蘑菇放在烤架的上层即可,注意蘑菇要朝上哦,这样里面的汁水才不会漏出来。


鸡心和鸡胗要放在锡纸上烤,表面要刷一层油。


Step 5:烧烤中


鸡翅需要烧烤过程中不断翻面,每次表面变色焦黄了就可以换另一面。


洋葱隔一阵儿翻个面即可,蘑菇千万不要翻面,因为我们要吃的就是里面的汁水。


鸡心和鸡胗在锡纸上,隔段时间翻个面即可。


Step 6: 出锅啦


鸡翅我都是边烤边吃的,三种口味都超级赞,完全顾不上拍照🤦🏻‍♀️


蘑菇是烧烤中很精髓的一个,不加任何调料,完全是吃食物的原味。而且烤出来的汁水非常好喝,还是米其林餐厅里的一个重要原料呢。吃的时候要注意不要被汁水烫着嘴哦~


洋葱主要的功效是解腻,这一大口肉吃着,难免会觉得腻,这时候吃一口烤熟后变软的洋葱圈,真的非常爽口呢。


呐,烧烤真的很简单呀有木有!
