午餐 (mixed vegetables, steamed glutinous rice with lotus leaf, watercress soup with small ivory mussels) I really like to eat so much😝I don’t feel full if I don’t eat

我的早餐🥣白粥、豆腐、小菜、水煮蛋、皮蛋(吃好多啊😋胃口大)我的豆腐和皮蛋都是亚米上买的,很好👍喜欢偶尔吃吃豆腐,亚米这款日系豆腐不错真空包装保质期蛮久的










午餐(杂菜、荷叶蒸糯米饭、小象牙蚌西洋菜汤)这么多饭,我真的好爱吃饭的😝不吃饭都觉得吃不饱啊

和西洋菜一起煮汤




最喜欢什么菜都一起清炒,应该多种维生素都有吧😁









晚餐时间

糙米饭、乌鸡汤、牛排🥩、杂菜(不好意思🙈好像吃好多,牛排只吃了一个哦😯


很喜欢有空自己煮食,一个人也要好好吃饭,善待自己,吃饱喝足心情好😊
