The little episode is that I added water to the heating pack before I remembered that I forgot to add the base material. I hurriedly poured it into it and stirred it up. I almost burned it😭 Don't be as careless as me.
Cooked! I simmered the eggs for a long time and overcooked them 😂 Hot pots all know that I love to eat hard boiled eggs. In the end, depending on personal preference, you can add a little coriander. Generally, when I cook things at home, I always go home and have a lot of coriander. The whole pot tastes a lot softer. I really like the taste of coriander haha.
After stirring it, I actually found that there are quite a lot of ingredients. The base material is quite a lot of prickly ash, but it is not particularly numb. It is very fragrant and not pure spicy.
The most surprising side dishes inside turned out to be fungus and kelp. I really have to say that the taste is also very good. It is thick and smooth and the amount given is a lot. Potatoes and lotus root are the same as other small hot pots. The konjac noodles are very good and feel full after eating. I like it because it is not very spicy, so I like it haha.
