🌸家常土豆丝春卷🌸

今年的春天遥遥无期~😢

今天的午饭是土豆丝春卷,一次用掉了6个土豆,终于把土豆都吃完了

使用的主要调料和春卷皮亚米都有售哦~



热油,土豆丝和葱花下锅,加入李锦记生抽,老抽,盐,基本熟了的时候加入蒜蓉辣酱,拌匀

以前试过在炒的时候加辣酱,但是那样出锅时,土豆的辣酱味很淡,这次后放辣酱,味道就很好了,也不会用很多辣酱



春卷皮在温水里泡软,尽快展开,动作太慢的话皮会黏在一起,在一个盘子上操作比较容易



然后就是放入土豆丝,把春卷卷起来就可以开动了,做了大概10个春卷,两个人吃得饱饱哒~
