🌸 Mapo tofu 🌸

Today's lunch is mapo tofu~



I usually don’t buy ready-made mincemeats because they are so chopped up that there is no difference between eating a whole piece of meat and eating no meatSo I cut a little bit bigger😂



Heat oil in a pot, add meat, ginger, cooking wine, Lee Kum Kee Mapo tofu buns~

I've bought three types of Lee Kum Kee's Mapo Tofu Packets, all of which are similar. This time I used medium spicy. I made a tofu a few days ago and used half a pack. I'm using it today. The remaining half a pack, if you want to taste more spicy, you can use a whole pack at a time~



Add water after the meat is cooked, boil, and put tofu~



Simmer for 10 minutes10Add salt, chopped green onion, water starch, After the juice is collected, it can be served~😋



Mapo tofu is one of my favorite Sichuan dishes. It's very easy to make with Lee Kum Kee stuffing. Salty, pay attention to seasoning yourself~

🌸麻婆豆腐🌸

今天的午饭是麻婆豆腐~



通常我都不买现成的肉馅,因为他们切的太碎了,吃不到整块的肉跟没吃肉有什么区别……所以我切的肉块就略大了一点😂



锅内热油,加入肉块,姜,料酒,李锦记麻婆豆腐包~

李锦记的麻婆豆腐料包我买过三种,都差不多,这次用的是中辣,前几天做过一次豆腐用掉了半包,今天用剩下的半包,想让味道更辣的可以一次用一整包哦~



肉熟了后加水,煮沸,放豆腐~



闷煮个10来分钟,加盐,葱花,水淀粉,大火收汁,就可以出锅了~😋



麻婆豆腐是我比较喜欢的川菜之一,用李锦记的料包做起来很简单,如果没有的话,用郫县豆瓣酱也是可以的,但是那样会比较咸,要注意自己调味哦~
