我平时很常用烤箱,烤肉好好吃啊对不对!

今天吃的是烤鸡腿~





首先提前一晚把鸡腿解冻,洗净,正反两面各划几刀,放入ziploc袋后加入姜,蒜,李锦记海鲜酱和李锦记耗油~

海鲜酱和耗油的组合简直腌肉万能!!!

ziploc袋腌就不用洗盆了哦~



腌了一晚上后从冰箱取出,摆在烤盘上,把袋里剩下的酱料挤一些放在皮那面,400F20分钟,翻面,再挤一些酱料,400F20分钟~



然后就可以开吃了~

喜欢吃辣的可以在鸡腿外抹一点担担面的辣酱,超爱这个辣酱,我的做饭常备,之后会在详细安利它,最近需要攒点图片😝
