我4月23日的一日三餐 还是很丰盛的吧 早餐吃的是一个熏三文鱼沙拉 家里没有沙拉酱了 那黄豆酱拌的 出奇的好吃 我在沙拉里还加了洋葱,西红柿,鸡蛋,芥末籽酱还有豆腐碎。 中午就随便的做了一个鸡蛋吐司和一些粗粮 嗯就是很健康 要做一个养生少女,佛系少女。 下午的时候 跟姐姐经过了一个网红冰淇淋店salt&straw 打了个卡 我点的是海盐黑巧焦糖口味的 我姐点的好像是烤杏仁的 两个口味都是火的不得了了 排队大概在20-30分钟左右吧 不过店家超好的 在等待的时候会给你小勺子让你品尝味道 不过他们家的味道确实是很独一无二的 你不尝尝的话光看名字 是不知道了 对了一定要卖蛋筒的。 晚上下馆子了 去了一家日本餐厅 不爱吃冷食的我 点了一份经典的日式叉烧拉面 汤底超浓郁而且不油腻 里面的冬笋,木耳,还有鸣门卷都超好吃的 尤其是那个溏心蛋啊啊啊 晚上睡前隔水炖的燕窝 大火10分钟转中火再炖个20分钟左右 加了些银耳冰糖 希望自己可以变的白白嫩嫩的 好了 以上这就是我的一天的总结 希望大家天天都吃的饱饱的,开开心心的度过每一天 让食物给我们力量💪🏼亚米给我们温暖🔆
