Easy Mapo Tofu

The soft tofu was cut into cubes. I cooked the soft tofu and ate it, so I used firm tofu. Boil the water, throw the tofu in for a minute and a half and take it out. Ginger and garlic cut, chopped green onion. Put oil in the pot and heat it up, Add in Pixian bean paste to fry red oil, the last bit of Pixian bean paste is used up, I used a bit of Lee Kum Kee's Douban. Throw in the onion, ginger and garlic, don't add salt, the watercress is salty enough. Add some water, throw in the tofu, pour in the water and starch and push it, that's it.

My house has no minced meat. The theory is to put minced meat.

简易的麻婆豆腐

嫩豆腐切成方块,嫩豆腐被我煮汤吃完了所以用老豆腐了。烧水,豆腐扔进去一分半捞出来。姜蒜切了,切个葱花。锅内放入油烧热, 加入郫县豆瓣酱炒出红油,郫县豆瓣最后一点用完了,用了点李锦记的豆瓣。丢进去葱姜蒜,别放盐了,豆瓣够咸了。加点水,丢进去豆腐,水淀粉倒进去推一推,好了。

我家没肉沫了,理论让要放肉末的。
