最近就超爱这个主题听说你也是四川胃作为一个成都妹子 真的每天吃辣是必备是续命啊 只有吃辣才能吃下饭 即使是来美国了在AZ这种大沙漠还是没有改变自己的爱好和习惯啊 每天都爱辣都深深的为辣着迷😍





今天做这个干烧罗非鱼也是因为昨天看到朋友在成都吃了这道菜发的朋友圈 真的太馋了 😭村里没有所以一切都只有自食其力 本来应该用鲫鱼更好吃 但是美国都只有罗非鱼啊 作为美国人最爱吃的一种鱼 并且罗非鱼肉质好 体内含汞最少 周期生长短 而且超市里买的还是taiwan的罗非鱼 品质还挺不错的!



做干烧鲫鱼一定是要麻辣加泡椒的酸爽才是最开胃最下饭的 因为这边没泡椒 就加了泡豇豆 也非常的好吃!做法也比较简单 


首先罗非鱼洗净 然后正反两面开三刀 是为了后面煎的时候更入味更好看 煎之前简单腌一下罗非鱼 加入黑胡椒粉和两勺料酒还有少量盐 


然后准备煎鱼啦 油烧热 放入鱼煎 开中大火煎 煎到两面金黄出锅



然后准备做啦 油烧热 放入鱼煎 开中大火煎 煎到两面金黄出锅 然后将就煎鱼的油炒料 加入豆瓣酱/花椒粒/辣椒粒/姜末/蒜末/ 炒制一会 炒出油 再加入泡豇豆和贡菜颗(我自己很喜欢贡菜脆脆的就创意了一下😁 然后加入洋葱粒炒制 底料完全炒香后加入煎好的鱼一起烧 加入三勺酱油 再加入少量水 焖烧10分钟就差不多好 鱼好之后出国之前加入少量鸡精 撒满香菜🌿葱花即可出锅啦❤️



最后就是吃完这个干烧鲫鱼还会有很多剩下的泡豇豆碎 贡菜碎和很香的底料!!一定一定要留着 明天中午还可以下一碗面 真的美滋滋 一点儿不浪费啊 美食就是要这样完完全全的利用和诠释的😁 希望那个大家都能学会这道干烧罗非鱼 真的无敌的酸爽麻辣开胃 一口气两碗饭没问题 我想这就是我一直减不了的原因吧😂
