【下厨超开心】排骨烧百叶结 | 白菜粉条 | 面筋塞肉

哒啦哒啦~终于放假了~~有时间下厨了开心

【排骨烧百叶结】

材料:

排骨、红萝卜、最爱的百叶结、八角、酱油、糖、姜葱、料酒

做法:

①排骨切块放入开水中煮一会儿捞出

②胡萝卜切块,百叶结放入开水中泡软

③锅里放油,放姜葱炒香,加入排骨翻炒至微微焦黄

④倒入少许料酒,酱油,糖,两颗八角

⑤倒入没过排骨的开水

⑥大火煮开后,小火煮30分钟

⑦倒入萝卜和百叶结,煮20分钟

完成!<(˘˘)>





提前泡的百叶结,比以前买的都有嚼劲,还有豆香,超喜欢!火锅烧肉必备!



【白菜粉条】

材料:

白菜、火锅炖粉、虾仁干、瑶柱、香菇干

做法:

①白菜切成喜欢的大小

②火锅炖粉放到开水中泡一个小时

③虾仁、瑶柱、冬菇干放到开水中泡一个小时

④泡好的虾仁、瑶柱、冬菇连同泡的水一起倒入锅里,加入半碗水

⑤煮开后放入白菜,煮软

⑥放入泡好的火锅炖粉,煮3-5分钟

⑦加入适量盐调味

【面筋塞肉】

材料:

面筋,肉碎,姜葱,料酒,老抽,盐,淀粉,白糖,鸡蛋,香油

做法:

①姜葱剁碎成末

②肉碎中加入姜葱末、料酒、老抽、香油、盐、糖、一个鸡蛋、淀粉

③顺时针搅上劲以后,腌制15分钟

④面筋戳个洞,然后把肉塞进去!

⑤锅里加水,姜葱,老抽,盐,糖

⑥把塞好的面筋放进锅里,煮20分钟

⑦捞出面筋

⑧汤汁里加入一勺淀粉勾芡,倒在面筋上
