yami_featured_image 今日晚餐👩🏻‍🍳 大盘鸡盖饭🐤 #一人食 在美国吃过了很多所谓的“新疆大盘鸡” 里面基本上都有孜然和郫县豆瓣 可是正宗的新疆大盘鸡这两样是都不加的哦 是要完全自己上糖色、炒香调料的 下面来说一下简单的步骤~ Step1: 鸡切块,焯水去血沫,擦干水分备用。 Step2: 冷锅开大火,加入油和糖,然后不断用炒瓢翻搅,直至糖色从焦糖变成翻白沫的时候,立马放入鸡块 Step3: 快速翻炒鸡块,待各面都炒出糖色后,加入切好的葱姜蒜、辣椒、八角翻炒 Step4: 炒香调料后加入生抽、老抽和料酒翻炒,待鸡块上色后,加入烧开的热水,转中小火炖煮,并加入盐调味 Step5: 在鸡块半熟的时候,加入切好的土豆块,继续炖煮 Step6: 快出锅的时候加入切好的青椒,稍做炖煮就可以收汁了 Step7: 收汁的时机就在鸡块和蔬菜已经熟了的时候,此时转大火收汁,不断的用炒瓢翻炒,一定要不停地翻炒,否则很容易糊锅。 Step8: 待汤汁已经快收尽的时候,关火,出锅。 🍥这里用到的调料,除了糖和盐是在美超买的,其他都是购于亚米,这些都是我的最爱,无限回购!想要做一手好菜,要先有一手好的装备哦✌️快快点击tag购买吧!
