The ingredients are still super simple shredded pork and shredded green pepper. I marinated the shredded pork with cooking wine, sweet potato flour, and a little oyster sauce. Don't add too much salt and soy sauce, just remove the fishy a little bit, otherwise it will be too salty after adding a pack of sauce.
The tutorial says to fry green peppers first, and then fry the meat. I think the green peppers should be crunchy and delicious, so I skip the first step and cook the shredded pork directly.
After frying the shredded pork, add in the shredded green pepper and stir fry over medium heat.
Add the sauce, stir well, cover the pot and simmer for a while, let the meat and green peppers absorb the flavor of the sauce.
It's ready to serve! The taste is a bit Japanese-style salty (it's hard to describe, it's similar to the unique taste of Japanese salt thickening, a touch of pepper, very fragrant and fresh). The other flavors in this series are a little sweet, but I don't know if this one is safe or not, it's a very safe flavor 😄😄😄
