Konjac Small Hot Pot Evaluation | Good News for Konjac Lovers

🔥Ingredient package list


Unpack the outer packaging, and the inside is divided into two layers.


The upper layer includes the sauce bag, fork, konjac bag and vegetable bag as shown below🥦



The next layer is the heating pack in the picture below.


The heating pack is in a plastic bag to prevent heating after contact with water.


So don't touch the heating pack before preparing the ingredients~



🔥How to eat


All right! Now we're going to start cooking hot pot!


👉Step1: Put in vegetable bag and konjac bag< /p>



👉Step2: Put the sauce package


Sauce can be added at this step as appropriate. Personally, I feel that the sauce is a bit salty after adding all the sauce, so you can leave a part to cook in a hot pot or fry a dry pot~ Or You can also add a lot of boiled vegetables yourself to increase the ingredients so that the taste will not be too heavy.



👉Step3: Add other ingredients


Then we can add some other ingredients~


Because the temperature of this self-heating hot pot is very high, so you don't have to worry about adding extra ingredients, it will not be cooked~


My favorite additions are fish tofu, konjac knots and ham (currently not available in Yami, but you can use lunch meat instead)


🐟Fish tofu: My picture belowtag are my favorite fish tofu and dried tofu. They are super delicious in all kinds of self-heating hot pot, malatang or instant noodles. I will repurchase them infinitely.

🥩Sausages/Luncheon meat: This hot pot is vegan, so we can add some ham or lunch meat to balance the meat and vegetables~ The two pictures belowtag are the best-selling ones, and I also keep them in the office and at home~



👉Step4: Add water and start cooking the hot pot


After all the ingredients are ready, you can add water to cook the hot pot.


Add water to the upper and lower layers separately. The order is the upper layer first, then the lower layer, because the self-heating package starts to heat soon as soon as it comes into contact with water, so it must be placed in the last step.


Pour cold water on the upper layer/warm water, pour it to cover most of the ingredients location (pictured below). If you add more ingredients yourself, it is better to add warm water here.



Pour cold water into the lower layer⚠️ (emphasize that it must be cold water, otherwise It will affect the work of the self-heating package)


The amount of water only needs to cover the self-heating package, as shown in the figure below.



Then cover the top layer carefully and quickly close the lid.

魔芋小火锅测评 | 魔芋爱好者的福音

铛铛铛🔔 今天来给大家测评一款最近很火的魔芋小火锅🔥 这也是一款自热火锅哦,特别适合出游的时候携带呢~



🔥我们先来看一下外包装




包装盒的测面有详细的使用方法说明哦~



🔥食材包一览


拆开外包装,里面分为两层。


上面一层包括下图的,酱料包、叉子、魔芋包和蔬菜包🥦



下面一层呢就是下图的加热包。


加热包是在塑料袋里,防止与水接触后加热。


所以在准备好食材前先不要动这个加热包哦~



🔥食用方法


好啦!下面我们要开始煮火锅啦!


👉Step1: 放入蔬菜包和魔芋包



👉Step2: 放入酱料包


这一步可以酌情加入酱料。个人感觉酱料全加进去有些咸了,所以可以留下一部分之后煮火锅或者炒干锅哦~ 或者也可以自己加入很多烫熟的青菜,增加食材使得口味不会太重。



👉Step3: 加入其他食材


然后我们就可以加入一些其他的食材哦~


因为这个自热火锅温度很高,所以大家不用担心放入额外的食材,会煮不熟哦~


我最喜欢加的是鱼豆腐、魔芋结和火腿肠(目前亚米没有卖,但你可以用午餐肉代替)


🐟鱼豆腐:我下图中tag的几个就是我最爱的鱼豆腐和豆干啦,放在各种自热火锅、麻辣烫或者方便面里都超级好吃,我都是无限回购的。


🍠魔芋结:魔芋结超级适合放在麻辣烫或煮火锅里,放在这里和魔芋小火锅也很搭哦~ 现在还有货,快点下图的tag加购物车吧🛒


🥩火腿肠/午餐肉:这款火锅是全素的,所以我们可以加一些火腿肠或者午餐肉来荤素平衡~ 下图中tag的两款都是销量评价最高的,我也是办公室和家里常备的~



👉Step4: 加水开始煮火锅


食材全部放好后,就可以来加水煮火锅了。


上层和下层需要分别加水。顺序是先上层,再下层,因为自热包一接触水,很快就开始加热了,所以要放到最后一步。


上层倒入凉水/温水,倒到大概覆盖大部分食材的位置(如下图)。如果你自己加的食材比较多,这里加入温水比较好。



下层倒入凉水⚠️(划重点,一定是凉水哦,不然会影响自热包工作的)


水量只要覆盖自热包即可,如下图。



然后小心地把上层盖上去,迅速盖好盖子。

大概等待15分钟之后,一碗香喷喷的魔芋小火锅就做好了!


魔芋的口感非常好,而且热量还低,如果觉得吃不过瘾,可以加入我下图tag的魔芋丝,也是同样的口感~


额外加入的鱼豆腐和火腿肠/午餐肉,在这碗小火锅里面非常出彩,鱼豆腐里面都煮的很熟,这点我超级满意。
