Homemade Red Bean Paste Gnocchi

Summer is here, it's time to make a bowl of dessert to moisten it. Last night, I personally made red bean paste dumplings and finally opened this bag of classic Wang Zhi and red bean paste. I really like this red bean paste, it is a classic among classics. This is what my mother used to make tea fruit when I was a child, but unfortunately I can't make it, so I can only use it to make glutinous rice balls.



The first step: and glutinous rice flour. Yachao or Amazon are sold, this one is the best. Put 1/3to1/2Pack powder, according to the amount of food, slowly add cold water and knead until it forms a lump.






Step 2: Add stuffing and knead the dumplings. I'm an entry-level, three-legged cat kung fu, and I'm not very good at kneading. Haha, let's go. It is recommended to knead the red bean paste into a ball first, and then cover it.









Step 3: Boil water and cook the dumplings until they float.










Finished product display: My mom said to give me a score80. I made it at night before taking a shower. After taking a shower, I can watch TV while it cools down a bit. It’s quite moisturizing, haha! Please give me some pointers on how to make dumplings, not very good.






Finally, the red bean paste is used in red bean paste. The rest can be bagged later, or used to spread the super-bought Portuguese Sweet BreadPortugese Sweet BreadIt's also great.

自制红豆沙汤圆

夏天到了,是时候做碗甜品润一润。昨晚亲自做了红豆沙汤圆,终于把这包经典的王致和红豆沙开封了。真的很喜欢这款红豆沙,可谓是经典中的经典。小时候妈妈包茶果用的就是这一款,可惜我不会包,就只能用来做汤圆了。



第一步:和糯米粉。亚超或亚马逊都有卖,这一款最佳。放1/31/2包粉,按食量来,慢慢加冷水揉,直到成团。






第二步:加馅揉汤圆。我是入门级别,三脚猫功夫,也不太会揉。哈哈,将就着吧。建议把红豆沙先揉成一个圆团,再往外包皮。









第三步:烧水煮汤圆,直至浮起即可。










成品展示:我妈说给我打80分。晚上洗澡前做的,洗完澡之后稍凉就可以边看电视边开吃了,还挺滋润吧,哈哈!欢迎给我指点一下怎么包汤圆,不太会。






最后点点题,红豆沙汤圆用的是这一款红豆沙。剩下的可以以后包,或者用来涂美超买的葡萄牙甜面包Portugese Sweet Bread也很不错。
