【格格的厨房】| 夏日爽口的麻辣鲜香川味凉面😋🍜




😝川味凉面是四川重庆一带的地方风味小吃 属于川菜系~也是街头巷角常会出现挑着担担的凉面贩卖 伴着吆喝声 品尝着低调的川味美食 着实美味!夏天吃凉面非常的解腻 会觉得非常的爽口 不仅可以当小吃 也可以当正餐!没有炒菜那么油腻 让胃不那么油腻 负担!接下来就教大家做这款好吃的凉面吧(^_-) 


今天的凉面也是今天的主角是自己亲手和面粉 揉的面 做的面条 过程很简单好上手!自己做的比外面卖的更干净更好吃!(其实还不是因为村里根本就没有凉面卖 职能自食其力~!)

首先需要做面条 准备面粉260g 鸡蛋🥚3 1

Step1:把鸡蛋打入面粉中 加入盐 然后搅拌一下

Step2:将搅拌好的面团和成面团 然后盖上保鲜膜醒30分钟

然后锅烧水 水开后放入面条煮 煮到差不多软就捞出来 放出冰水中冲一下(让面更劲道!)冲好后水沥干 放入盆中 准备拌面!

最后就是拌面的过程啦 也是超级简单的! 准备调料盐、鸡精、熟油辣椒、花椒油、香油、酱油、少许糖、黄瓜丝 然后将所有的调料和沥干的面拌匀 多拌一下更入味!!
