Japanese breakfast "Tamakoyaki"

A good day starts with breakfast.

Welcome everyone to watch  FM280 I am your best friend: Yami Michiko.

Today I bring you a Japanese breakfast "Tamako" tamagoyaki.

Materials we need:
1: Oil. 2 tomato juice. 3 mayonnaise. 4 corn kernels. 5 luncheon meat. 6 eggs. 7 Tamagoyaki frying pan. 8 Korean Beef Soup.

Start making:
1: Put eggs into a little Korean beef bone soup base and stir evenly (no need to add salt and other seasonings).
2: Brush a little oil on the pan.
3: Adjust the heat to medium heat, pour in the egg liquid, fry it slightly, and roll it up with chopsticks. (The time is between 20-30 seconds).
4: After rolling up the egg skin, we start to make the lower layer, brush with oil, and pour in the egg mixture. Slightly fry and roll up with chopsticks. (The time is about 15-25 seconds)
5: Sequence of steps (3-4). Slowly stack and roll up. (Probably do 3-4 layers of already formed "cuboids").
6: If you want to be firmer, you can use the side of the pan to slightly press and fry.
7: The fried "Tamako" is out of the pot.
8: Use a knife to cut into pieces, (be careful not to burn your hands).
(I love beef bone broth, soup, noodles, porridge, it is essential).

Tamagoyaki can be eaten as it is or topped with tomato sauce and mayonnaise, which is richer in taste.
If you want to add other materials
Luncheon meat, corn, mushrooms, avocado. Wait for the food.
When pouring in the egg mixture, add it together and roll it up. (But don't be too greedy, adding too much material will make it difficult to roll up and shape).

日式早点“玉子烧”

今日为大家带来日式早点”玉子烧“tamagoyaki。

我们需要的材料:
1:油。2茄汁。3美乃滋。4玉米粒。5午餐肉。6鸡蛋。7玉子烧煎锅。8韩式牛肉汤料。

开始制作:
1:鸡蛋放入少许的韩式牛骨汤底然后均匀搅拌(不需要放盐和其它调料)。
2:平底锅刷少许油。
3:火候调制中火,倒入鸡蛋液,稍稍煎熟,用筷子卷起。(时间拿捏在20-30秒之间)。
4:卷起蛋皮后,我们开始制作低层,刷上油,倒入蛋液。稍稍煎熟,用筷子卷起。(时间拿捏在15-25秒)
5:步骤(3-4)的次序。慢慢叠加,卷起。(大概做3-4层已经成型“长方体”)。
6:如果想更加牢固可以利用锅边微微的压压煎煎。
7:煎好的"玉子烧“出锅。
8:用刀子切块,(注意别烫到熟手)。
(超爱牛骨高汤,煮汤,煮面,煮粥,必不可少)。

玉子烧可以吃原味或浇上茄汁和美乃滋一起,是的口感更加丰富。
如果你想加入其它材料
午餐肉,玉米,蘑菇,牛油果。等食材。
再倒入蛋液时候一同加入卷起即可。(但是不要太贪心,加太多材料就很难卷起成型咯)。
早餐如此简单,早餐如此美味。
