肉嘛囤货之——山本汉方脂流茶
肉麻我是不吃零食会死星人，可是也超级怕胖！为了减肥也是各种做，吃的擦的按摩的通通有！对于入口的东西最怕副作用，所以也算是小心又小心了！这个脂流茶和大麦若叶却是我一直都有在喝的。
说回它，脂流茶——顾名思义就是让身上的脂肪如水般流走啦。它里面有发酵杜仲茶精华，这个成分是起到塑身的作用关键哦，再配合桑叶，绿茶精华等多种草本精华，这一系列的茶本身就是全草本配方，所以让我很放心！
这是快喝完的，我都放在密封袋里保存！
🌀冲泡方法🌀：
1️⃣取一包放入约700cc-900cc的沸水中，浸泡或煮沸5分钟左右，1日数次饮用。
2️⃣如喜欢冷饮，可以泡好后冷藏之后饮用。
3️⃣也可直接用冷水浸泡，取一包加入约200ML冷水中，放置2小时后饮用。
官方的建议是饭后饮用效果更好
📌以上饮用均浓淡由人，喜欢饮得浓就放少一点水，喜欢淡就多放一点水。肉麻我都是直接拿一包沸水冲泡，晾凉了直接就喝！
