Every time I add 1 tablespoon of powder to 600ml of hot water, stir well, let it cool to room temperature, and then put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate. When you want to eat it, take it out and add some ingredients: mashed grains, coconut milk, fruit granules and so on. I haven't tried the hot and sour flavor yet, I'll try it next time. :)

我每次都是1 tablespoon的粉加600ml的热水，搅匀，晾到室温，然后放冰箱里冷藏。想吃的时候拿出来加点儿料：醪糟，椰汁，水果粒啥的。还没试过酸辣味的，下回试一下。：）
