Guangdong traditional snack---Dry fried beef

The so-calledNortherners love noodles, Southerners love noodles span>, so as a Cantonese, I made a "Dry Fried Beef River" today! The materials are as follows:



1) sliced beef, marinated with a little sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, five-spice powder, sugar, cooking wine, cornstarch10more than 10 minutes (in order to make the beef more flavorful, I marinated it in the refrigerator overnight)




2) sprouts, shallots, leeks (leeks can be used)

(ps The amount of the above materials is as much as you like)



3) Heat oil in a pan and cook the beef until 7Mature, ready to use


4) Stir-fry sprouts, shallots, and leeks, and set aside 


5) Heat oil in a pan and add hor fun (I used dry kway teow soaked overnight, because there is no Pho sold)




6) pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (the same sentence, the amount is up to you) 


7) Pour in the previously fried beef and sprouts, scallions, and leeks.

广东传统小吃---干炒牛河

所谓北方人爱吃面,南方人爱吃粉,所以作为广东人的我今天就做了一个《干炒牛河》!材料做法如下:



1)牛肉切片,用少许麻油、酱油、盐、五香粉、糖、料酒、生粉,腌10分钟以上(为了让牛肉更入味,我放冰箱腌了一晚上)




2)芽菜,葱段,韭菜(可以用韭黄)

p.s. 以上材料量多量少随你喜欢)



3)热锅下油,将牛肉煮至7成熟,盛起待用


4)将芽菜、葱段、韭菜炒一炒,盛起待用 


5)热锅下油放入河粉(我用的是浸泡了一晚的干粿条,因为这里没有河粉卖)




6)倒入酱油和蚝油(还是那句,量多量少随你) 


7)倒入之前炒好的牛肉和芽菜、葱段、韭菜。


真的要说一句,灰常好吃😋
