[Fried Chicken Kitchen] Light Cheese Cake + Muffins (No Oven Required) for Two

Come come here is the super easy baking channel for fried chicken, today we are going to make cheese cupcakes & the same ingredients but pancakes that don't require an oven

I usually use a box of cream cheese at a time, and the other ingredients are combined with the amount of cheese, and there is just enough extra to make pancakes.


Materials: 200g cream cheese, 100g milk, 30g low-gluten flour, 20g cornstarch, 70g sugar, 6 eggs, 50g butter, a few drops of white vinegar/lemon juice

I won't post the step diagram, because I posted it before, it's nothing more than whipping egg whites and mixing egg yolk paste (because I'm lazy)

1) Separate the egg white and yolk, put the egg white in a clean, water-free and oil-free basin, and turn the butter in the microwave for half a minute to melt it

2) Cream cheese and milk, heat and stir until smooth

3) Add the egg yolk to the cheese paste and stir well, add the butter to the cheese paste and stir well (do not separate the water and oil)

4) Sift in the mixed flour and cornstarch, and stir into a cake batter without grains

5) Beat egg whites with a few drops of white vinegar to form a meringue paste, add sugar several times

6) Mix the meringue and cheese batter, and the cake batter is ready! Pour the cake batter into the small paper cups of this mold 8/8 full.

7) Put a pan of water on the bottom of the oven and bake in a water bath. Preheat the test at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes (the power of each oven is different, please keep an eye on it)


The cheesecake is super tender!

We can use the extra cake batter to make pancakes, or you can use it directly if you don't have an oven. This one tastes like a cake, and it won't fail! As long as you don't stick to the pot by the side, you can do it!

Use a non-stick pan with a little oil, then pour a portion of the cake batter into it, fry it on low heat, and it's ready to go when both sides are golden brown!

【炸鸡厨房】轻乳酪小蛋糕+松饼(不需要烤箱)两吃

来来来这里是炸鸡的超简单烘焙频道,今天我们来做乳酪纸杯蛋糕 & 同样材料只是不需要烤箱的pancake

我一般都一次用一盒奶油奶酪的,别的材料都是配合着奶酪的用量来,而且刚好多出来的可以做pancake。


材料:奶油奶酪200g,牛奶100g,低筋面粉30g,玉米淀粉20g,白砂糖70g,鸡蛋6个,黄油50g,几滴白醋/柠檬汁

步骤图就不发了,因为之前发过,无非是打发蛋清,蛋黄糊混合(因为懒)

1)蛋清蛋黄分离,蛋清放到干净无水无油的盆里,黄油微波炉转半分钟让它融化

2)奶油奶酪加牛奶,隔水加热搅拌至顺滑

3)蛋黄加入奶酪糊搅拌均匀,黄油加入奶酪糊,搅拌均匀(不要水油分离)

4)筛入混合好的低粉和玉米淀粉,搅拌成无颗粒状的蛋糕糊

5)蛋清加几滴白醋打发成蛋白糊,分几次加入白糖

6)混合蛋白糊和奶酪糊,蛋糕糊就做好啦!把蛋糕糊倒到这种模具的小纸杯里倒八分满。

7)烤箱底层放一盘水,用水浴烤法。预热160度考25分钟左右(每个烤箱功率大小不一样,大家多盯着点哦)


乳酪小蛋糕的口感超级嫩的!

多出来的蛋糕糊我们可以做pancake,或者你没有烤箱的话可以用来直接做。这个吃起来口感跟蛋糕差不多,而且不会失败哦!只要你在旁边看着别糊锅就可以啦!

用不粘锅抹一点油,然后倒一部分蛋糕糊进去,小火煎,两面都金黄了就可以出锅啦!
