Garlic, chives, black sesame; soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, Sichuan pepper oil, red pepper (the essence of Sichuan cuisine).

【秀羊厨房】川味凉拌荞面

喏~成品如下😊👇



最主要的当然是荞面!荞麦健脾益气,开胃宽肠,消食化滞,除湿下气。


这么热辣的天气,来一碗凉面,真的美滋滋。



煮好的面记得过凉水噢,面会更筋道。



👆图片里是部分配料:

蒜蓉,香葱,黑芝麻;生抽,香醋,芝麻油,花椒油,红油辣椒(川菜精髓)。


蒜记得提前切好使其完全暴露接触空气释放大蒜素。吃了杀菌。(夏天凉拌菜都放些蒜预防拉肚子)


其它配料还有豆豉碎,橄榄油,白糖,芝麻酱,巴旦木碎。

凉拌菜要好吃一定不要吝啬油哟!


橄榄油,红油多来点。

花椒油,生抽,醋适量。

芝麻油,豆豉碎,芝麻酱,白糖(提鲜)少量。若喜欢吃糖醋味可以多放一些糖。

放入蒜蓉。搅拌搅拌搅拌!


拌好放碗里,放上葱葱和切碎的巴旦木!
