配料：
鸡肉、洋葱、青豆、胡萝卜、土豆。
我加了虾，跟肉在一起味道会有点怪。
配料炒好以后，放入咖喱块加水炒匀。大火转小火收汁就行了。
米饭铺好，倒入咖喱酱汁。
我这汁有点少了。后来又单独加了点咖喱块加水煮了一点酱汁浇上去。拌饭完美了。
然后吃饱饱出门才有力气玩啊。
