The summer solstice is yet to come, vegetarian food

The summer solstice is approaching soon. When the weather is hot, I don't want to touch any meat. For lunch, I made a bowl of vegetarian and vegan shrimp, tofu, and choy sum vermicelli soup, which was done in 10minutes. 🥣



Basic materials are as follows 👇



Throw them all into the pot, and the water will boil2It's almost done in minutes, very quick. When cooking and taking children, there is no time to stare at the same place......



Afraid of fans absorbing water, they fished out halfway through the Lenghe River.



I was afraid that the soup base would not be fresh enough, so I added two drops of artifact——oyster sauce.

After eating so many instant noodles, scallop noodles, and shrimp noodles, it's time to change the foundation and fans! 🍜 Crispy and crispy, I love it.



I feel a little bored after taking a few bites, so let's put some Laoganma to adjust. (My noodle habit is to eat half of the chili without first, to enjoy the original taste; to eat the other half of Laoganma, to have some climax to stimulate the taste buds.)

夏至未至,素心素食

马上就到夏至了,天气一热我就什么肉都不想碰,大把大把地吃菜,感觉这样身体比较舒服,负荷较低。午餐就做了一碗素心素食的虾米豆腐菜心粉丝汤,10分钟搞定。🥣



基本材料如下 👇



全部扔锅里,水滚2分钟就差不多好了,很快。边做饭边带孩子的,没空盯着一样一样放……



怕粉丝吸水,中途捞出来过冷河。



怕汤底不够鲜,加了两滴神器——蚝油。



登登登登!好了!👇



吃了这么多泡面、瑶柱面、虾子面,是时候换换粉底,改粉丝了!🍜 口感爽,脆,我很喜欢。



吃了几口觉得有点无聊,放点老干妈调剂一下。(我的吃面习惯,先不放辣椒吃一半,享受原汁原味;放老干妈吃另一半,来点高潮刺激一下味蕾。)



最后,很喜欢辣椒油藏在豆腐疙瘩里的感觉。
