"Laoganma Fried TOFU" wonderful dinner.

Tonight's dinner "Laoganma Fried Tofu".

Materials:

Lao Ganma

Tofu

Minced meat

Scallions

Let's cook:
medium heat oil
fry minced meat
(Pick up after frying, set aside)
Cut the tofu into cubes.
(cuboids, cubes, triangles) as you wish.

When the oil is hot, put the tofu in it and fry it
(fry until golden on each side)
Be careful not to scald the splashed oil!
After frying until golden
Add the freshly sautéed minced meat.
At the same time, have a spoonful or two spoonfuls of Laoganma's spicy three-ding sauce.
Add two tablespoons if you can eat spicy food.
After the sauce is evenly mixed with the ingredients

Then add the tofu. Garnish with green onions.

"老干妈煎TOFU"美妙的晚餐。

今晚晚餐吃”老干妈煎豆腐“。

材料:

老干妈

豆腐

碎肉

青葱

开始煮咯:
中火热油
将碎肉炒熟
(炒熟后捞起,备用)
将豆腐切块。
(长方体,正方体,三角体)随你如愿。
中火热油
油锅热后放豆腐进去煎
(每面煎至金黄)
注意不要给溅起来油花烫到哦!
煎至金黄后
加入刚刚炒熟的碎肉。
同时来一勺或两勺老干妈”辣三丁酱。
能吃辣的就多来两勺。
等酱料均匀与食材混合后
(试试味道)就可以起锅啦!
先放碎肉
接着放入豆腐。加上青葱点缀。
开餐 开餐。。。

外脆内嫩的豆腐。微微的辣,干脆的碎肉,十分好吃。

饭都可以多吃2碗。
