所以如果想吃正宗的意面可以用黄油炒,方法也很简单,切一小块黄油放在锅里化开就好。


如果为了健康起见,完全可以用我们正常炒菜的清油来代替。


👉意面里很常见还有就是洋葱粒,可以在炒了肉之后和葱段一切加。


其实洋葱是可以完全代替葱的,所以西式的更偏洋葱,中式就可以用葱。


👉做好意面之后,中式可以撒葱花,西式的可以加意大利香菜,或者香菜也可以,主要取决于个人偏好。


👉关于番茄,基本上我每做意面必加番茄,因为这是汤汁和颜色的主要来源。


番茄切成小块好出汤汁,有时候番茄没成熟偏酸的话也可以加一点儿糖。


有时候懒得切番茄我也会加从国内带的番茄酱(不是美国这边吃薯条的番茄酱喔)

👉比如最简单健康的是牛油果西兰花拌意面,在煮好的西兰花和意面里加上碾碎的牛油果,加点儿盐拌一下就好~
