谁不想在早上起床的时候 啥都不用准备就能吃到一碗热乎乎的八宝粥呢!


只要你前一天晚上准备好了一切!第二天就不用特意早起准备早餐啦!特别的方便 就算放在保温壶里也可以带去上班哦


首先 你需要一个慢炖锅


就是那种可以炖一个晚上你都不用管的那种,这样你只要睡前放好材料,隔天起来就能吃到热乎乎软糯糯的八宝粥啦



如果你已经有了锅,那么接下来,我们就要来准备材料啦


我会把买来的材料 混合装在一个大罐子里面,这样炖煮的时候 不用一个包装一个包装去找对应的原料




材料:


芡实

黑豆

红豆

绿豆

薏米

糙米

麦片

花生



我就每个材料舀几汤勺 然后把它们均匀混合在一起,用一个罐子密封起来装好





我平时吃的时候 都会用个小量杯(?)就是我们平时煮饭舀米那个小杯子 我家这个5.5cm 


两杯五谷豆我会加三碗半水 在慢炖锅里 这个煮出来是比较稀的量,因为我喜欢喝汤!甜甜的汤可好喝了 而且每个人的慢炖锅情况不一样 具体还是靠实践为主


不过真的是很简单的做法啦!睡前只需要淘淘米 加满水 打开慢炖功能 就可以睡觉觉去了 炖了六七个小时,早上醒来 软烂香甜的八宝粥等你品尝!
