Coconut Milk Taro Sago

What is summer? Summer is all about going with all kinds of sugar water......I love nutritious taro! Combined with the coconut aroma of coconut milk in every bite, this goes great with....! There is no specific serving size for this recipe, I just go with it....


Put the sago into boiling water and cook until the sago becomes transparent and granular  

Cooked sago is washed once in cold water and soaked in ice water15-20minutes (this will make the sago more elastic)


A little waterBoil the coconut milk, add diced taro and cook the taro cooked


Add soaked sago and sugar to taste!


Smalltip: Personally, I think it tastes better in the refrigerator for a few hours 😁

椰奶芋头西米露

夏天是什么?夏天就是要各种糖水走起呀.....我超爱吃营养丰富的芋头!再加上每一口都有椰奶的椰香,这搭配....超棒!这个食谱并没有特定的份量,我都是随感觉来的...


西米放入煮沸的开水中煮至西米成透明粒状 

煮好的西米过一次冷水,放入冰水里浸泡15-20分钟(这样会使西米更有弹性)


少许水椰奶煮沸,加入切粒的芋头将芋头煮熟


最后加入浸泡好的西米和白糖调味即可!


tip:个人觉得放入冰箱冷藏数小时更好吃哟😁
