【下饭好菜】麻婆豆腐
今天来做一道四川名菜之一-------麻婆豆腐!做法正不正宗我不知道,但是做出来的味道确实不错,真的是一道菜可以吃两碗饭的那种....
一茶匙盐加入水中煮沸,然后加454克中硬豆腐煮两分钟,捞出来待用
一茶匙油煮热,放入130克猪肉碎(牛肉碎也可以)煮熟,放至碗中待用
一茶匙油、2汤匙辣豆瓣酱、1茶匙蒜粒、1茶匙姜粒煮一分钟,加入1茶匙切碎的豆豉、一包老板菜⬇️、炒好的猪肉碎,炒两分钟
加1杯鸡汤煮沸,(尝一下味道,可以放适量的糖)
放入豆腐,1茶匙生粉➕2茶匙水搅拌均匀后倒入打芡,再放适量的葱、麻油就行啦(实在吃不了太辣的,所以没放花椒粒😓)
