【秀羊厨房】卤鸡腿🍗

今天🐑把剩的6根鸡腿卤了。



首先鸡腿,清洗,浸泡30分钟。然后给鸡腿割小口,这样更进味噢。



加入料酒,蚝油,生抽,冰糖。



加入十三香,腌制。



搅拌均匀,给鸡腿的每条缝都抹均匀。腌制15分钟左右



就可以下锅了。卤料是之前起的,稀里糊涂起好的所以没有教程。sorry。不过亚米有卖卤料,可以买来用。



剩下的腌料汁也都倒进去哈。



加入八角,香叶,桂皮,花椒,老姜,干辣椒,少量孜然粉,胡椒粉。其实取决于家里有啥香料,都往里加一些就好。







然后就咕噜咕噜让它煮到稍微骨肉分离,就可以捞出来吃啦!



敲好吃哦!美滋滋!

等卤汁晾凉,倒入容器,冰起来。下次倒出来煮开就可以继续卤啦~
