A dish that brings back the feeling of eating barbecue at the seaside




This dish was inspired by the photo aboveAfter swimming at the beach BBQ is the best. Because it is easy to get hungry when swimming, and the aroma of seaside skewers is particularly attractive. When I was a child, I liked to take my mother to buy grilled sausages by the sea. It was really delicious!


Today's recipe incorporates elements of the sea: kelp and whitebait, and also incorporates elements of barbecue: sausage, aiming to get back the feeling of eating barbecue at the seaside!

一道菜找回在海边吃烧烤的感觉




这道菜的灵感来自于上图——在海边游泳后吃的烧烤是最好吃的。因为游泳的时候很容易饿,加上海边烤串的香气特别诱人。小时候我就喜欢拉着妈妈去买海边的烤香肠,真的好好吃啊!


今天要做的这一道融合了海的元素元素:海带和银鱼仔,还融合了烧烤的元素:香肠,意在找回在海边吃烧烤的感觉!

第一步:爆炒银鱼。



第二步:加入香肠,煎!



第三步:加入海带,煸!



第四步:加入煮好以及过好冷河的粉丝,翻炒至所有味道融合。
