乃比思果凍-莫莫私廚

今天教大家一個非常簡單又好吃的果凍Jelly食譜。而且保證是全素版。這次用的是Agar洋菜粉,不同於魚膠粉,是由海草植物提煉的,所以吃素的也可以放心的吃喔。準備時間5分鐘,冷凍時間3個小時,方便又簡單。



材料非常簡單,一盒即食洋菜粉,一瓶芒果口味乃比思,4杯半水。



一瓶乃比思是12oz不到兩杯的水量,再加上4杯半的水中火煮滾,倒入整包洋菜粉中火滾一分鐘。






把混合好的倒入模杯中。



可愛的花型杯子很適合裝甜品🍮



蓋上蓋子放進冰箱冷藏3個小時。






這個果凍是沒有加糖的,因為洋菜粉本身有帶糖了,而乃比思也是甜的。喜歡比較甜的可以在煮水的時候加糖。洋菜粉很方便,喜歡什麼口味都可以加,還可以做咖啡凍,綠茶凍,加煮好的紅豆就是紅豆凍了。希望大家喜歡這個簡單的小甜品🍮
