⭐️我和老公都超级无敌爱豆浆.我怀孕那会经常喝豆浆.抹茶儿生出来那会儿皮肤可好.从小到大皮肤都没有被湿疹或者干燥等问题困扰.我一直觉得是喝豆浆的功劳👍.


⭐️我的九阳豆浆机已经不好用了.我现在做豆浆都是用破壁机。最早时候经常失败.后来经过上网的搜索和一些小伙伴的经验.这几天我终于也做出来香醇的豆浆!家里人喝了也是赞不绝口!今天就跟大家一起分享下我的做法👇🏻 .谢谢❤️

所需原材料


⭐️豆浆豆浆.豆不可少.平时我喜欢原味豆浆.用的都是黄豆.这次我加了一些红豆和花生.喜欢五谷杂粮的可以加五谷.喜欢燕麦可以加燕麦.想加什么加起来👍


⭐️首先.取适量的黄豆.红豆和花生洗干净.然后浸泡一个晚上.






⭐️经过一个晚上.豆豆们都膨胀啦!






⭐️倒掉水,把豆豆们放蒸锅里的蒸格里.🔥.保持中火,蒸15分钟.15分钟后.蒸好的豆豆们.这里必须得提醒下‼️花生和黄豆已经熟了.可是红豆还是比较硬.所以我有多煮了一会.下次如果要放红豆.红豆得另外煮.这次没考虑周😂😂









⭐️我通常都是取1cup的量的煮熟的豆子.放入vitamix的湿杯里.倒入大概800ml的水.我没有加糖.【豆量和水量大家都可以根据自己的喜好多做少做.






⭐️ vitamix速度刚开始选1.启动后,慢慢的加速到10.平时只做原味黄豆豆浆时候,我大概搅拌3分钟.可是这次因为加了红豆.我这次弄了5分钟.





⭐️一壶热热的豆浆就做好啦!大概三分之一湿杯的量.够我们一次性喝的量。因为这次加了其他豆豆。所以这次做出来的颜色不是纯白的.



下图是只用黄豆做的。颜色就是更白。







⭐️打开盖子.上面有一层泡沫是正常的.如果不喜欢泡沫太多可以用勺子弄一些掉。



⭐️ 做出来的豆浆非常细腻,口感超级棒.一点点豆渣都没有.也无需像传统豆浆机那样要过滤.完全就可以提起来直接喝!超级香醇超级赞!如果豆浆做多了,凉了后用微波炉加热后就可以喝啦.



⭐️刚才煮了的豆子还有剩下的,我会装在盒子里放在冰箱冷藏.第二天早上想要喝豆浆就继续用煮好的豆子做起来就好了。太方便!



⭐️豆浆如果做多了.我会放这种杯子里.密封性好.一会想喝的时候随时倒出来喝.也比较方便外带.在网上有看到说豆浆千万不要放在保温杯里哟!!然后最好尽量早点喝完.不要放置太久时间. 尽量2小时内喝完.如果要冷藏.冷藏时间最好控制在12小时以内.







‼️喝豆浆的注意事项


‼️豆浆固然好喝.可是还是有一些需要注意的地方.


‼️未熟的豆浆千万不能喝.会中毒


‼️早上不宜空腹喝豆浆.应该进食后再吃.


‼️肠胃不好的人少喝豆浆


‼️加白糖,不要加红糖. 因为红糖里面有多种有机酸,它们和豆浆里的蛋白酶结合,不容易被人体吸收。


‼️缺锌的人不要喝豆浆.如果经常喝豆浆的人,要适当补锌.总之就是吃什么都不要过量.
