🍃 豆皮结:经过实验,泡了1小时煮出来还是有一点点硬心的。所以,建议泡两小时哟!



🐓 鸡肉:切片,加盐和生粉腌一下。



1⃣️ 起锅炒一下鸡肉到八成熟。



2⃣️ 倒进胡萝卜和豆皮结一起翻炒。



3⃣️ 加入盐、糖、酱油调味。盖上盖子,小火焖五分钟,入味。
